Power Supplies
- Our Lumenedge assemblies can be powered with a variety of power supplies that can be either plugged into a standard wall outlet or even plugged into a car or boat cigarette lighter power source
- The size of power supply needed depends on the total length of LED lights that you wish to light up as well as the type of LED lights being used
- Single color LED lights are usually 3528 LED and require about .15 amp of 12 volt power per linear foot
- RGB LED lights are usually 5050 LED and it safe to estimate about .35 amp of 12 volt power per linear foot
- Choose a battery pack to provide easy portablitly to your LED project
- Most of our LED strips can be powered with any 9 to 12 volt power source
- If you would like your Lumenedge assembly to require a lower voltage please let us know as we also can provide 6 and 9 volt LED lights
